It's probably not for you if your support requires a lot of emotional intelligence, complex problem-solving that goes beyond your documentation, or if you're in a highly regulated industry where every response needs human review.
What I'd Do Differently
If I were starting over:

Audit documentation first. Clean up your FAQ, API docs, and internal processes before building the AI system. Garbage in, garbage out.
